Portfolio and opportunities

I turn loose briefs, moving parts and deadline pressure into clear creative work people can actually use.

I’m Reuben Lenoir, founder of Pixelhatch and a creative services designer with 15+ years of experience across brand, campaign, digital, content and production delivery.

This page is my portfolio for freelance work, contract projects, part-time opportunities and broader creative or digital roles. I’m useful when the brief is a bit loose, the important bit is buried, the design needs sorting, or everyone has talked around the problem for long enough. I can find the shape, make the work easier to read and get it moving without sanding all the personality off it.

What I do

Broad enough to support different roles. Focused enough to be useful fast.

My work spans creative delivery, digital design, campaign execution, content systems and production support. That range is useful because most real projects do not sit neatly in one lane. They need someone who can understand the job, notice what is getting missed and help get the right version out the door.

Brand, campaign and creative delivery

Concept development, visual systems, campaign assets and rollout support across digital, print and public-facing work where the idea has to survive the handover, the deadline and the real world.

Digital, web and UI design

Websites, landing pages, interfaces and content systems that need to make sense quickly, look considered and give people a clear next step without making them work for it.

Content, motion and production support

Social content, motion design, video editing and production support for teams needing polished assets, reliable delivery and less friction.

Creative systems and AI visibility

Content, hierarchy and digital structure shaped so the useful stuff is easier to find, easier to trust and less likely to be missed on the first pass.

How I work

Creative experience with a good read of the room.

I’m often brought in when there’s a lot happening at once: loose direction, competing opinions, changing priorities, or work that has been talked about for too long and now needs to land. I ask the useful questions, find what is being missed and help turn the noise into something people can actually respond to.

+ Brand identity and design systems
+ Campaign concepts and multi-channel rollout
+ UI, UX and website design
+ Content structure, hierarchy and clarity
+ Motion design and video editing
+ Print, signage and publication design
+ Brief shaping and stakeholder wrangling
+ Adobe CC, Figma, Canva and WordPress

What you get

Someone who can read the brief, the room and the bit everyone is politely avoiding.

I bring design craft, but also the useful bit around it: judgement, questions, structure and the ability to make the work clearer without turning it into beige committee paste.

Best fit

This portfolio translates across a wide mix of roles.

  • Communications design and creative services roles
  • Campaign, content and brand delivery roles
  • UI, UX and digital design roles
  • Freelance, contract and overflow support
  • Innovation, AI-adjacent and future-facing content roles
  • Part-time opportunities with the right fit

Experience

15+ years across brand, campaign, digital and production delivery.

Work delivered across Parks Victoria, Victoria University, Tourism NT, Pixelhatch and a broad mix of public sector, tourism, education and small business projects.

Approach

Clear thinking, strong craft and work that does not make people guess.

My value sits in connecting strategy, communication and execution so the important parts are visible, the story is easier to read and the final output still feels like it came from people.

Open to projects and opportunities

Need someone who can step in, make sense of it and get the work moving?

I’m open to freelance projects, contract support, part-time roles and the right full-time opportunity. Send through the rough outline, the job description or the thing that keeps getting pushed to next week.
