What is included in the $1,890 Game Launch package?
Game Launch starts at $1,890 AUD for a four-page promotional website for one game: Home, The Game, Media & Press, and Updates. The scope includes game-led design using supplied artwork, gameplay and story presentation, store, wishlist or playable-demo links where verified, press information, and an updates layout with up to two client-supplied or approved entries. Search, AEO, GEO and LEO foundations and a version-controlled, free-tier-hosting-eligible framework are included. Original key art, trailer production, game build hosting, store setup, CMS, ongoing Telleo assessments and maintenance are quoted separately.
What is included in the $2,890 Studio Showcase package?
Studio Showcase starts at $2,890 AUD for an eight-page studio framework: Home, Games catalogue, About, Updates, Press & Contact, and up to three individual game pages. It includes consistent studio styling, adaptable team profiles, game-to-game navigation, an updates journal with up to two customer-supplied or approved articles, and search, AEO, GEO and LEO foundations. The fictional sample contains ten routes because it includes two individual news articles. Full bespoke brand identity, original illustration, extra content or pages, a CMS, integrations, hosted game builds, ongoing Telleo assessments and managed maintenance are separate.
What does the $990 Developer Portfolio include?
The $990 starting package includes a customised, responsive website with a homepage, About and Contact pages, and up to three individual game or project pages — up to six pages in total. It also includes a developer portrait supplied or approved by the client, relevant questions answered on the pages they relate to, gameplay media or verified external links, and search and AI discoverability foundations informed by Telleo. The price assumes supplied or agreed project details, biography and artwork. Original illustration, full brand identity, extra bespoke pages, CMS, game-build hosting, ongoing Telleo scans and maintenance are separately scoped.
Do I still need a website if my game is on Steam?
A Steam store page is essential if you sell on Steam. Your own site gives you another place to tell the story, share a playable demo or press kit, introduce your studio and direct people to the right store or wishlist action. They work together.
Do I need finished game artwork and copy?
Existing game artwork, screenshots and footage keep the price lower. Rough notes are fine: Pixelhatch can organise and refine them. New illustrations, trailers or a complete brand identity are separately scoped.
Can visitors play the game on the site?
If you have a browser-compatible build and it can be hosted safely and efficiently, we can explore embedding it. Otherwise we can feature gameplay video and a clear link to your playable build or store.
Will every site look like the same template?
No. We reuse the technical framework and presentation methods, not the same look. Typography, compositions, palette, artwork and layout choices follow your game's identity.
What about hosting and ongoing costs?
For standard static game websites, GitHub Free and Cloudflare Pages Free can provide $0 monthly hosting within their usage limits. You normally pay for your domain name and its renewals. There is no mandatory Pixelhatch hosting subscription. Optional CMS services, third-party integrations, hosted game builds, traffic or build requirements beyond free-tier allowances, ongoing changes and managed security care may carry separate costs; these are agreed before work starts.
Can you help with just a logo or a game identity?
Yes. Smaller brand repair, logo refinement, key art direction and launch assets can be scoped independently of a full website.
Can I edit my website myself after launch?
Yes. We can integrate a lightweight content management system so you can publish devlogs, update screenshots, change release details and maintain game pages yourself. It is an optional scoped addition, not a compulsory monthly platform fee.
Will AI assistants and search engines be able to understand my game website?
We build with readable game facts, clear headings, project and studio pages, FAQs, useful links, search metadata and appropriate structured data. These foundations help people and automated systems interpret your site, but no agency can guarantee AI recommendations or search rankings. The optional llms.txt file is supplementary. A detailed Telleo audit or ongoing optimisation is quoted separately.
Are security updates included in every website?
Every package includes an update-ready, versioned website foundation so future security and compatibility fixes can be applied without replacing your game branding or content. Ongoing vulnerability monitoring, patch testing, deployment and support are available through a separately agreed maintenance service; automatic updates across our client sites are being developed, not yet a live service. Standard Astro sites do not use PHP. PHP core, theme and plugin updates are managed separately if you choose a PHP-based CMS.
