Privacy Policy

Pixelhatch Pty Ltd (we, us, our) is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy covers both the Pixelhatch consultancy services and the Telleo platform.
1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, and website URL when you contact us, book a call, or create a Telleo account. We also collect usage data, scan results, and report history generated through the Telleo platform in the course of providing our services.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting and platform services, generate AI visibility reports, process payments, send service-related communications, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. How we store it
Personal and business data collected through the Telleo platform is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Render infrastructure located in the United States (Oregon region). Report assets are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All connections are encrypted in transit via TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.
4. Service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Render — cloud infrastructure and database hosting (United States)
- Cloudflare — R2 object storage and CDN (global)
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI / Perplexity — AI model inference used to generate scan analysis and reports. Website content you submit for scanning may be processed by these services.
- Vercel — hosting for the Pixelhatch website
- Google Workspace — internal productivity and communication
5. AI processing
The Telleo platform submits publicly accessible website content to AI models (including Claude, GPT-4o, and Perplexity) to generate visibility analysis. By using the platform, you consent to this processing. We do not submit personal health, financial, or sensitive information to AI models. Only the publicly accessible content of the URLs you provide is used.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our websites use cookies for essential functionality and anonymous usage analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data with advertisers.
